What are your policies on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We offer a store credit on certain items. No refunds because every article is made to order, just for you. Please carefully read below.
Original art cannot be returned or exchanged. Final purchase as it is.
Since all our prints are made to order, prints may be returned for an exchange and a store credit but the buyer must cover shipping costs for the return. If the prints are returned damaged, there will be no exchange. There are no refunds.
Wearable Art and Home Decor
Since all wearable art and home decor objects are made to order, we only accept store credit. The item must be returned within 15 days and be is in excellent condition. The buyer pays for the return shipping cost. Please read the product details carefully. Don't assume because usually, you wear a certain size that it applies here.
Exclusion: Swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned, which includes, one-piece, two-piece, hot pants.
Home Decor objects may also be returned for a store credit.
Exclusion: Carpets and all furniture is final sales and cannot be returned.
Since my Wearable art and Home Decor are made to order, they may be returned only for store credit or for a different size only if unused and in excellent condition. The buyer pays for the shipping return label.
