What are your policies on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

We offer store credit under the following rules.

Since everything is made to order, and one of a kind, if you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a store credit on everything except for Original Art and Prints, Furniture and swimwear, underwear, including bandeaux and hot pants.  The customer will be supplied a store credit if the return mets the following condition.

Original Artwork

Original art cannot be returned or exchanged. Final purchase as it is.

Art Prints

Original art cannot be returned or exchanged. Final purchase as it is.

Any Items Purchased on Sale or using a discount code in any categories is a final sales.

Final Purchase. No store credit/exchange.

Art-to-Wear

Since all wearable art and home decor objects are made to order and is art, we only offer store credit. If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange for store credit as long as the clothing is returned within 5 days with all tags attached and intact.  You may NOT wear the clothing. Any signs that the clothing was worn will nullified the return and the store credit.

If you ordered shoes, the sole must be completely intact. Any signs that the shoes were worn will nullified the store credit.

To avoid Issues with Sizing, Please Read Size Chart

Please read the product details carefully. Don't assume because usually, you wear a certain size that it applies here. If in doubt, contact the artist.

The buyer pays for the return shipping cost. 

Exclusion to these rules: Unless you have obtained written permission by email from the artist prior to ordering the following items, underwear, swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned, which includes, one-piece, two-piece, hot pants. If you have obtained written permission to possibly exchange for a different size in case it doesn't fit prior to ordering, please safekeep the email.

Home Decor objects may also be returned for a store credit. Since home decor objects are made to order, we only accept store credit. The item must be returned within 5 days of reception and be in excellent conditions with the tags still attached and intact. 

Exclusion in Home Decor: Carpets and all furniture are final sales and cannot be returned due to their large sizes.

Cost for shipping return

The buyer pays for the shipping cost of the return and the artist pays for the shipping cost of the new item and the exchanged item.
